Privacy & use
Board Editions is an early product operated by Modern Labyrinth. It helps you compare files you select and keep a record of your own review.
Your PDF check stays in your browser
Selected PDFs are read in memory on your device. We do not upload them, send their content to an AI provider, or save them in cookies or browser storage. Community names, file names, source notes, fingerprints and review decisions remain in the page until you leave or clear it. Downloading a JSON release record saves those details to your own device.
Your browser and operating system may retain their own file history or downloaded records. This tool cannot remove those records for you. Do not use a shared device for information you are not authorized to access.
What the check means
An exact result compares the selected files’ SHA-256 fingerprints and sizes. A different result can come from changed content, metadata or export settings. It does not determine legal meaning or approval. You retrieve destination copies yourself; source notes and URLs are your statements, not verified live publication evidence. No website, portal or resident inbox is checked. You are responsible for approvals, publication and retention decisions.
Pilot requests
If you submit the pilot form, we receive your name, email address, firm, community-count range and process description. The form may include campaign parameters from the page URL so we can understand how an inquiry reached us. It does not include any data from the file-check workspace. Please do not include resident information, credentials, disputes, balances or confidential documents.
We use inquiry details to respond and assess pilot fit. The request is delivered through our email service. We retain inquiry correspondence while assessing and responding to your request and as needed to maintain our business records. Customer records are subject to the terms agreed before a pilot begins. You may request correction or deletion by contacting Modern Labyrinth through its contact page.
Hosting and measurement
Vercel hosts this site and processes ordinary request information such as IP addresses and browser details to serve and secure it. Our form uses a temporary in-memory request limit. We do not install advertising pixels, use third-party analytics cookies, or sell inquiry information. Advertising platforms may report ad clicks under their own policies; a click is not evidence of a qualified inquiry or a paid pilot.
Availability and pilot terms
The free check is provided as an early tool without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability. It is not a document archive or legal, compliance or election service. Export any record you want to keep. The proposed $399 pilot is subject to a separately agreed scope, start date, payment and cancellation terms. A request does not enroll you, authorize payment or start a subscription.
