Read the result
Exact copy means the selected PDFs have the same SHA-256 fingerprint and size. A renamed file can still be an exact copy. Different file means their bytes differ. Content, metadata or export settings can cause that difference; review the files before deciding what to do.
This checks the two selected files. It does not confirm that residents opened the packet or that a live portal still serves that copy.
You identify the approved file. Add your own source note and review decision, then save a JSON check record with filenames and fingerprints. Board Editions does not upload or store your PDFs or connect to your portal.
