For community managers and document administrators
Check the notice after you replace it.
After your team replaces a notice on a portal or website, retrieve the copy and compare it with the approved revision.
Free checker · no account · PDFs stay in your browser
Two files. One check.
- Choose the approved revised notice PDF.
- Retrieve the copy after your replacement, then choose that PDF.
Illustrative example: a meeting date changes. Your team approves revised-meeting-notice.pdf and replaces the portal notice. Download the notice from the destination, then compare those two files.
Read the result
Exact copy means the selected PDFs have the same SHA-256 fingerprint and size. A renamed file can still be an exact copy. Different file means their bytes differ. Content, metadata or export settings can cause that difference; review the files before deciding what to do.
An exact result concerns the copy you selected. It does not establish legal notice compliance, resident receipt or the current contents of a live URL.
You identify the approved file. Add your own source note and review decision, then save a JSON check record with filenames and fingerprints. Board Editions does not upload or store your PDFs or connect to your portal.
Make a recurring handoff repeatable
For management firms checking copies across communities, the optional $399, 30-day pilot provides bounded workflow mapping, onboarding, support and results review. The file checker remains free. Scope and terms are agreed before payment.
